i’m taylor!

I’m a certified personal trainer who found this passion for health and wellness a few years into my road of motherhood. That road brought me 4 babies in 5 years. I knew I had a choice to make- to stay healthy and sane, or not. I discovered I like healthy food, but not boring healthy food. And now one of my favorite things is to make healthy food taste good. My road also brought a few bumps. And I’ve more recently discovered that just physical health is not enough. We need wellness in mind, body, and spirit. I love therapy and my life has been changed through it. I’m so glad you found this space…it’s just a place for me to share what’s helped me on my road…and as I continue to learn. I would love to walk with you!
